Working with the Inbox
Actions handle messages based on your criteria. The actions include:
Delete
Mark as Read/Unread
Move
Ignore
Categorize
Create rule...
Mark as junk
Assign policy

5. Try This: Flag a Message
Go to Outlook->Inbox.
Right-click any message.
Go to flag->today.

What Do You See? The message should have a red flag on the top right side of the message.

Now, Try This: Clear the Message Flag
Go to Outlook->Inbox.
Right-click the flagged message.
Go to flag->clear flag.

OK, that works.
